Terms of Service
This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, the individual or entity ("User"), and API AI Agents ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the apiaiagents.com website and any associated products, services, features, content, or applications offered by the Company (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
1.0 Acceptance of Terms 1.1. Your engagement with the Services signifies your unqualified acceptance of these Terms of Service. These Terms govern all use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. 1.2. 2.0 Description of Services 2.1. API AI Agents provides a platform enabling users to create, configure, deploy, manage, and interact with artificial intelligence agents, models, and associated tools. The Services facilitate the development and operation of custom AI solutions, including but not limited to agent interaction, data processing, and task automation.
3.0 User Accounts and Data 3.1. To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify API AI Agents immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. API AI Agents cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. 3.3. Users retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the data, content, and prompts they submit to the Services ("User Data"). By submitting User Data, you grant API AI Agents a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services to you.
4.0 Acceptable Use Policy 4.1. You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms of Service or by applicable law. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: a. Engaging in any illegal activities or promoting illegal activities. b. Transmitting any content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. c. Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services. d. Uploading viruses, worms, or other malicious code. e. Impersonating another person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity. f. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Services or any proprietary technology used therein. g. Using the Services to generate or disseminate misinformation, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages. h. Using the Services in a manner that violates the privacy rights or intellectual property rights of others.
5.0 Intellectual Property Rights 5.1. All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, user interfaces, and the underlying software and technology, are owned by or licensed to API AI Agents. Except as expressly provided herein, no part of the Services or our content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission. 5.2. Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any content, code, data, or materials you may access on or through the Services.
6.0 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 6.1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. API AI AGENTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. 6.2. IN NO EVENT SHALL API AI Agents, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE
